Industries
Industries We Serve
Over 20 years, we have cooperated with diverse industries including aerospace, automation, automotive, consumer products, medical industry.
Our customers have comments on our one-stop solution. These comments provide us with believe that we always serve our customers with premium quality of parts.
“We often need more than a dozen different small components per project, from several pieces to dozens each. TyCNCparts delivers fast from quotation through shipment, and parts have arrived in as little as one week.”
SimonR&D Engineer, Robotics
“They kept a one-week delivery promise without compromising quality. The quotation came back the same day, and they proactively pointed out an unreasonable tolerance that helped us cut cost.”
LinProject Manager, Medical Devices
“They assist with material selection, surface-treatment recommendations and even assembly. Their DFM feedback flagged design issues before production, helping us avoid trial and error.”

FAQ
Popular Questions
Common questions about material selection, custom parts and complex CNC machining projects.
Will the cost be higher for hard-to-machine materials?
Generally yes. Hard-to-machine materials can require heat treatment, carbide or PVD-coated tooling and slower cutting parameters. Higher tool wear and breakage risk can increase total cost.
For custom parts, should I source the material myself or can you handle procurement?
You may provide your own raw materials, or we can source the material and complete machining for you. Having us source material can simplify project management.
Can you produce parts with curved surfaces or complex geometries?
Yes. We have 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining capabilities for curved surfaces and complex geometries. Special hard-to-machine alloys are reviewed by our engineering team before quotation.
