Precision CNC Turning Services
TyCNCparts is capable of manufacturing different types of turned parts such as shaft, sleeves, pins, and other rotational parts.
- Swiss machining for micro and slender parts Ø0.5–32 mm
- Excellent concentricity and runout control in a single setup
- Surface roughness down to Ra 0.4 μm
- Metric, UNC and UNF internal & external threads

TyCNCparts CNC Turning Capability
CNC turning produces cylindrical parts with strict requirements on diameter, concentricity and surface finish by rotating the workpiece while feeding cutting tools. We are equipped with vertical CNC lathes, horizontal CNC lathes and 60 automatic lathes, specializing in small rotational parts with diameter Ø0.5–32 mm and maximum length of 300 mm.
- Vertical and horizontal CNC lathes
- Automatic / Swiss-type turning
- Single-setup concentric feature control

Vertical vs Horizontal Lathes
Horizontal lathes are suitable for long shafts and general rotational parts. Vertical lathes work best for large-diameter, short, heavy or disc-shaped components. We select the proper machine based on part geometry to balance precision and cost.
Explore Coupling MachiningWhy Choose TyCNCparts’ CNC Turning Service
- Specialized in Shaft Parts — Small rotational parts Ø0.5–32 mm with maximum length up to 300 mm. Concentricity and radial runout can be controlled within ≤0.005 mm after review.
- Full Equipment Setup — Vertical, horizontal and Swiss lathes work together. We select equipment based on tolerance, L/D ratio and batch size.
- Hard-to-Machine Materials — Stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, copper alloys, PEEK and POM with material-specific cutting parameters.
- Small-Batch Friendly — Prototype and small-to-medium volume production with reduced changeover time for varied rotational components.
- Free DFM Review — Tolerance, chamfers, relief grooves, wall thickness and L/D ratio are reviewed before quotation.
