TyCNCparts can make Complex mill-turn components finished in a single clamping.

  • Turning + side milling in one operation
  • Same-datum machining for better positional accuracy
  • Titanium, Inconel, PEEK and other difficult materials
  • 21 mill-turn machines for prototypes and small-to-medium batches
About TyCNCparts
Capability
One setup, multiple operations

CNC Mill-Turn Machining Capability

Mill-turn (turn-mill) integrates CNC turning and driven milling operations on one machine. With a single workpiece setup, live tooling enables OD/ID turning, flat milling, cross holes, grooves, splines, gear profiles, eccentric contours and other combined features without re-clamping or part transfer.

  • Max bar stock diameter Ø32 mm; max machining length 300 mm
  • Concentricity / position tolerance up to 0.005 mm
  • Aluminum, brass, steel, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, PEEK and POM
  • Precision shafts, sleeves, eccentric pins and compact multi-feature rotational parts
