Our Enclosure Machining Capabilities
TyCNCparts mainly uses 3-axis and 4-axis machining centers for precision enclosure production. We maintain mating-surface flatness and hole-position accuracy for thin-wall, deep-cavity structures. For sealed enclosures, we machine O-ring grooves and split upper/lower mating surfaces. Surface grinding can be applied to assembly datums to support sealing and EMC shielding performance.
